Baklava sa rahat lokumom ⁄ Rahat lokum Baklava

     
     
Slatko.Slatko.Slatko. I nadasve ukusno! Jedva sam se odlucila probati ovu baklavu. Rahat lokum mi se zamjerio jos odavno. Ne sjecam se tocno gdje i kako no od tad, ni blizu! Sve dok ga nisam ponovo probala u ovoj kombinaciji, u verziji baklave. 
Baklave, slatke banice, tikvenik, garash ili malebi samo su neka od slatkih tardicionalnih jela koja se pripremaju u Bugarskoj. Probali smo ih, svidjaju mi se i podijelit cu ih na 'Love Affair'..

 

Baklava sa rahat lokumom
  • 1 paket kora za pitu
  • 1 paket rahat lokuma
  • maslac
Sirup:
  • 1 l vode
  • 1 kg secera
  • 2 limuna
Postupak:
Prvo napravite sirup. Zakuhajte sve sastojke i kuhajte 15ak minuta. Limun presijecite po pola. 
Uzimajte po jednu koru kako bi vam baklave ispale male i tanke. Koru kistom lagano premazite otopljenim maslacem i uz donji rub kore slozite red rahat lokuma. 
Rahat lokum dolazi u razlicitim velicinama. Kod nas sam ga najcesce vidjala u obliku kockica no ima ga i u dugim trakama. Ako su deblji,prerezite ga po pola i slazite jedan do drugoga niz cijeli red kore. Smotajte i slazite u maslacem premazani lim. Sve ih ponovo premazite maslacem i pecite na 180'C 10-15 min, dok kore ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Tople zalijte sirupom.

Rahat Lokum Baklava

     Sweet. Sweet. Sweet. And so delicious. I hardly made myself to try this baklava. Rahat Lokum was something I didn't like from the childhood times. I don' remember what happened exactly but since then it was a big No for me. Until recently when I tried it in this combination, in baklava version.
     Baklava, sweet Banitsa, Tikvenik, Garash or Malebi Cake these are some of the traditional bulgarian desserts. I tried them, I like them and I will share them with you..


Rahat Lokum Baklava

  • 1 package of yufka, pastry dough
  • 1 package of rahat lokum
  • 100 g melted butter
Syrup:
  • 1 l water
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 lemons
Method:
First make a syrup. In a meduim pot bring to a boil all the ingrediens. Cut lemons in half. Preheat the oven to 180'C.
Take one yufka sheet and brush it with butter. On the bottom of the sheet place one line of rahat lokum. Rahat lokum comes in different shapes and sizes. Usually they come in small quarters. If they are to thick cut them in half and place one next to other until you finish the whole line. Roll up the sheet to a line and place it on the baking sheet brushed with butter. Finish the rest of the sheets and rahat lokum. Cover them once more with butter and place it in the oven. Bake them until golden brown. Still warm cover with syrup.
